Fighting for a refund

This happened to me and my family last year. I was sent to a hotel that was under construction and the bathroom was filthy. The ceiling in the bathroom had mold and the terrace guard was loose. I have been waiting for a year to get a refund--no luck and still fighting! I hope you can get your money back--I haven't....
