Logan's stollen credit card

Someone created a fake account in my name and used my credit card info to order food, Caviar's security is less than than of a gas station and they did not check to see that the zip code on the account did not match the zip on the card. Then there is not easy way to contact the company to report the fraud, zero customer support, zero security, zero human contact.
