Do you know there are scammers impersonating your company. Because I could not contact the real Apple Company on the phone for hours upon hours. I lost $2000.00. I am not happy at all. For a top technology company you are letting these scammers get away with this. I love your product but your customer service is the worst.
What was this $2000 for? You couldn't contact the real Apple company for hours upon hours? You must have a wrong number. No one sits on hold with "the real Apple company" for hours, or people would lose their jobs. Do you have any idea how to find a scammer? Or how to stop them? Please let us know because Apple would love to help out, I'm sure. They don't LET scammers do anything. Scammers do what they do and they need to be reported and stopped. Apple has the best customer service on the planet.
