Horrible Customer Service

I set up an order on 5/21 and there was a glitch with my street address. I then spoke to a Customer Service rep on 5/22 and he agreed to replicate a new order for me . He then advised me that the original order would be cancelled. I go on the Leslie's website 4 days later and see that the cancelled order has been shipped and the new order is not even showing up. Then 3 days later I have 2 shipped orders at my front door. I call back Customer Service to getting this quickly resolved and on hold for an hour when a person finally comes on and say's there's nothing they can do! I'm like are you kidding me! He then proceeds to hang up on me after a hour on hold. I got through a second time with another person who was a bit more helpful but not yet resolved and didn't really know where to start at first due to being their first week on the job. Worst Customer Service ever!!! Never purchase anything from this company off their website. Absolute nightmare!!Anonymous
Yeah well last year I spent 10k on pool, filter etc. two days later filter broke and it's now a year later and I'm still trying to get a new filter. Never got a call and finally I bought another with a more reputable company. I want my money back
