Am very upset with LS right now. Because LS sent me a misleading email after I made a purchase, implying I had not completed the purchase, I redid the purchase. Now I have 2 deals. I contacted them via Chat, and the rep stated they could not cancel or refund the cost of the 2nd purchase, because it was a final sale. I would not have even gone back on the site, if I had not received the erroneous email in the first place. This is unacceptable. I think they could refund the $15, it won't break their bank.Anonymous
I am also having a tremendous issue with LS! The advertisement was very trick and misleading and the customer service reps have been very rude!
