    This company is a joke, I purchased a voucher to have my ducts cleaned and could never contact the company that they hired. When I contacted living social the said they would credit my account but when I recently tried to use the credit it was to no avail. Save your money, I would never purchase anything from them again!

    Did anyone else purchase the Lego Land Hotel deal,and your reservation was scheduled during the time they were closed? Living Social is keeping my money and refusing to refund it because they said no refunds... however the **** hotel was CLOSED! How is that a cancellation when the hotel was not even open??

    WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I ordered a room in a bag set that was not shipped within a week. I contacted CS and no one is able to tell me why or when my order will be shipped instead they gave me a store credit that I'm not able to see on the website and the main factor is it's useless because I don't want nothing on the website! I have reached out several times and no one is fixing the problem. Just a lot of apologies which means NOTHING! I want my money back if they can't fulfill my order!!

    I took my daughter to this restaurant, which I patronize, for a celebratory lunch. I knew their menu was a bit pricey but felt good because I had purchased a voucher. Bottom line: manager Stefan Stavris stated that new owners took over in November 2019 and they made no money on Living Social. I purchased my voucher, evidently, a week before ownership changed. I am a local and won't go there again. Bad business.

    I purchased two tickets to Central park zoo While i was visiting NYC. Fine print did say all sales are final and i was fine with that BUT living social site was down and i was unable to retrieve the tickets to use them so i contacted Living social to receive in the very least a credit as i was unable to use them through no fault of mine. It was out of my control and a issue with Living Social. I even sent screen shots of the sites page stating :" temporarily unavailable either because we're updating the site or because someone spilled coffee on it again. We'll be back just as soon as we finish the update or clean up the coffee. thanks for your patience."

    Customer server simply stated small print said sale was final. sorry not sorry. While i dont disagree i do believe this should be a exception as living social was the one not allowing me to use it. I will take this all the one its not much money but it a matter of wrong from right and poor ethics

    I am also having a tremendous issue with LS! The advertisement was very trick and misleading and the customer service reps have been very rude!

    Am very upset with LS right now. Because LS sent me a misleading email after I made a purchase, implying I had not completed the purchase, I redid the purchase. Now I have 2 deals. I contacted them via Chat, and the rep stated they could not cancel or refund the cost of the 2nd purchase, because it was a final sale. I would not have even gone back on the site, if I had not received the erroneous email in the first place. This is unacceptable. I think they could refund the $15, it won't break their bank.

    I am very upset with your website. Somehow two items ordered in error and I attempt to submit a return and it is not responding. I used my work email for login and because I passed 2 hour grace period, they wont cancel the order. This is my first purchase with your website and the site is not friendly user, please have someone assist me in returning the item that was purchased in error last night.. Information below.     Worst Company Ever

    Purchased a deal for a service that turned out to be against medical advice from my physician. Also, the service provider was not with the business that was advertised in the deal. LivingSocial stated it could not do anything, even though the service provider agreed to the cancellation. Terrible business practices and fraudulent advertising.

    I have made several purchases from LivingSocial. Once they were bought out by Groupon they went to ****! My last purchase...a $250 voucher went down in price the day before my appointment to use it. This was l after shopping it for weeks. I am a single Mom so every penny counts. I emailed the day before I was to use my Christmas gift to myself asking if the difference could be refunded. Simple. That evening I got home to find they refunded and cancelled my whole purchase!!! Oh, and it takes 24 to 48 hours to get my money back so if it is still available I can purchase it again. I had saved for months to get this voucher for myself. I don't have the means to purchase another until the refund processes. LivingSocial just took my Christmas gift. :( No number to call and their "customer service" should be "CUSTOMER NON SERVICE". Would not recommend to anyone. I am DONE with this cappy fraudulent company.

    I tried to purchase several Punta Cana 4night getaway online. First using my own credit card and I kept getting an error message saying I had purchased the limit; when in fact I never made one purchase. I use to purchase from them all the time. In my search I found out that Groupon and Living social are now all the same company. What a **** mess this is for those loyal customers such as myself who make purchases a few times a year. There was going to be a couple of people who wanted to take advantage of this deal for a mid Spring time getaway.

    This company is a joke. The staff who answer the phone are rude! I purchased a voucher in 2/17 for a painting class - I tried numerous times to contact the painting company but I never heard back - since my voucher did not have a section for a refund, I emailed Living social a couple days after the voucher expired to ask someone to contact me. I never heard back. I just signed onto my living social acct after months and remembered that I never heard back from living social. I called to ask why and request my refund again. I spoke with a rude lady who told me that I needed proof of my email to them 3 months ago - I asked to speak with a supervisor who came on the phone with an attitude. He told me that he did indeed have the email that I sent him back in May but because it had been 3 months that I could not get a refund. I said are you serious...let me get this straight. I emailed you guys and you admit that you never responded but now Im at fault for having to reach back out to you. He was very rude! This is horrible business. Its no wonder that most people shop on Groupon - at least they let you trade in the amount paid on any expired voucher...and they respond to emails. Unless I hear back from someone asap I will make sure that everyone I know does not shop on your site anymore and will continue to spread bad reviews.     I purchased a voucher from your Firm and the company did not return my call to redeem the voucher. Last Friday I called your Firm for assistance and was told to give it 24 to 72 hours before I would receive refund because of non reply from re cleanaholics. I call Tuesday and was told it was to soon, so I called today and talked to Supervisor Marcus and he told me to wait another day and I said no I want my money back and he refuse, so I reaching out to you for assistance.
