Unbelievable

On March 5, 2019, a FedEx freight truck was in front of me on hwy 8 in Pickens, SC. The driver hit a constuctin cone, forcing me to run over it. It caused $2,000.00 in damage to my brand new car. Fedex says they reviewed dash cam footage, and saw the driver "just driving along"... I know what happened. I have absolutely no reason to make something like this up. The claims department told me that my claim has been denied. This is ridiculous. A multi-million dollar company can't even acknowledge their driver's error, and pay to repair my beautiful car. At this point, all I can say is thank you for absolutely nothing!! I did leave a voicemail for the claims person, Nick. We shall see if FedEx decides to make the situation right, or if I will need to take further action.Anonymous

Unfortunately that's the law. I pull doubles for FedEx Ground. A truck in front of me flipped a cone out and it damaged the air braking system on my truck. Thankful we were able to "rig" it to go the last 100 miles. Guess who was responsible for fixing damage.
Your insurance company should cover the damages. Unfortunately accidents happen. I bet neither were intentional.Anonymous

You seem like a money grabber, and who wants to blame a corporation to pay for your stupid driving. Sounds like you were following way to close so that you didn't see the cone in time to avoid it. Grow up and learn how to drive better.
