I tried to rent a car through Hertz, I was told that a credit check would not affect me renting a car. I pre paid for my reservation, got to the site to get my rental, they preformed a so called soft credit check and denied me. I've called and requested a refund as directed by the site manager. I filed a report for the refund and I was told I would receive my refund in 7 business days. I never received my refund, so I called back and was told yet again another report was submitted and I have to wait an additional 7 days. I have decided that if I do not get my refund back for their mistake, I will be reporting Hertz to the Better Business Bureau and I will file a law suit against Hertz. I will never refer anyone to Hertz.Anonymous

I am going threw the same thing right now. Was told on February 25th that i would get my refund. Called on the third and the refund was never even submitted. So know have to wait another 7 to 10 business days. While they site on 331$ of my money and earn interest on my money. I will never ever use them again! Getting to call the CEO cause these business ethics need improvement.
