Customer service is the worse I've ever seen! I talked to an operator "Amber" and she had such a negative attitude that keeps me wondering: what does she even works there? She answered all my questions in a sarcastic way and I can tell by her tone of voice she was not happy to help!!
This has not been the best insurance I have had, but adding a helpless staff and arrogant definitely does not work!!! Mr. Gail Boudreaux/HR Department, please save your prestige and money and hire CAPABLE and BeTTER personnel to help on your customer service lines.
Inadquate service on medical transportation
My daughter needs your ADHD medication we started 5 days ago and they knew that Wednesday was the last day. She has a heart condition and without this it could seriously affect the heart condition. These incompetent morons can't even read the difference between a 10 mg and a 40 mg the doctor has called in like six times the pharmacy has called six times and you still get these dumb ignorant pathetically stupid people working with people medical needs does not say much about the CEO or the executives in this company. Evidently the not even capable of enough of hiring qualified people to handle the situations. This company sucks and they deserve to be sued
UHC is hands down the worst insurance company on earth. They have no customer service. Doctors hate them, they take forever to get paid and have to fight with them to take care of their patients. Stay away from them!
Years after I dumped them I sitll get CONSTANT junk mail from them and No Way to contact them to tell them to stop. They are parasitic, so don't think you get rid of them when you dump them. They will harass you forever to buy into their phony schtick again.
