I have been a customer for over 20 years. Got my bill and it was $27.09 higher. I called Xfinity to try to get a different package that is similar to what I had. I was told by a representative that I can down grade my package but there isn't anything they can do because of inflation. I'm so disappointed in how I can support a company but when needed they can not support their customers. So unfortunate I have to down grade my package and paid the same for less service.

Yes, that is the way they are; they don't care if you are a customer for ove 10, 20, 50 years.
