Terrible customer serve. I waited on hold for 1/2 hour (stubborn!) Representative was rube, curt and unresponsive to my request regarding why our replacement order was late arriving. This type of response has happened before and i thought at that time the rudeness was a fluke. Sometimes you do get a Customer Service Rep who's having a bad day...but this woman was outrageous. I will NOT buy a Conair Product again...I work hard for my money and don't need to spend it on a company who just doesn't care enough for their comsumers to check up on how their employees treat them.Anonymous

I was just on my way to look up a cooperate phone # to reach out and make a follow up call to somebody here at headqaurters to let them know that I had a strangely/Identical experience with warranty costumer service as well.
In short, I had multiple issues with my coffee maker ( Cuisenarts top model) . After the 3rd unit failed, I called to see what could be done and ultimately asked to speak to a supervisor because I was fed up at this point. After going back and forth with my issues with the entire process, I came to the conclusion that nothing was going to done to help my situation for the better in terms of my experience already and decided I was going to change the way I was going to handle the situation and just keep dealing with the return process. After realizing that was the better route for my situation and proceeded to tell her this, the supervisor, and this is where I lost it, with an attitude, responded to me with " Now you just had me gone do all this work, and now you gonna change it? "
It doesn't get any better than that !
