Good Evening,
I served in the United States Army for 22 years and I have tried to keep silent about your support for Colin Kapernick. I believe that Mr. Kaperknick is so wrong about his view that in order to protest perceived police violence he must take a knee during the national anthem. To me, that flag has always represented a beacon to the idea that while we are not a perfect country, we stand for the principles of the fight for "A MORE PREFECT UNION". I believe that Mr. Kapernick lost sight of the idea that thousands and thousands of people fought and died under that very flag in order to abolish the institution of slavery and strive for the a "more perfect union".
My heart was completely broken the day I heard that Mr. Kapernick described the celebration of the 4th of July as a symbol of "White Supremacy!" For you as a company to sell your product to the millions of people who's brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers have died fighting to make a more perfect union completely sickens me to the core. As a father and soon to be grandfather I will never allow another Nike product in my home. I believe that YOU as a company owe the American people an explanation on whether you stand with the opinion of Mr. Colin Kapernick!Anonymous

Thank you, Rich for speaking your peace about the race baiting and anti-american sentiment that Nike supports.
