I want to be very clear here. I am sick to death of getting shipping and delivery notices from you guys and then you never show up. I watch the live updates and nothing is said until late in the evening and no show. Not once, not twice but three times just in the last few weeks. I call and have to go through an automated gauntlet and have to pull teeth to talk to someone. When I get someone they are polite but complete idiots who can tell me no more than the website and worse they can do nothing but give apologies and and BS "I can't do anything." Wasting peoples time seems to be the end goal of you clowns. I dont get To speak to managers when I ask, no call back when they are promised and nothing changes but you sure as hell keep my money and spit in my face repeatedly. Perhaps a nice class action lawsuit and well orchestrated social media campaign is in order judging the by the overwhelming negative feedback I am reading here. I see you are paying your execs millions to offer this lousy service on an ongoing basis. That makes the board a bunch of idiots also. Same old story and I am doing putting up with it. I will hound your office non stop until I get to the top. You have cost me thousands in sated time waiting for deliveries that never show. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. This is the new UPS NORM and not an exception. There will be accountability! Bank on that.
By the way I have the screen shots of your notices. My packages have been on the truck since 4:29 am and still not delivered???????????????????????????? You are terrible people and do not deserve to be in business. As far as I am concerned you are thief's of my time and money!
