I received a text message stating my package was delivered to my "front door" on Friday, 6.12.2020 @ 11:33am You cannot see our house from the street as the driveway is a little longer than most. My cameras nor ring doorbell went off, so I knew it was not delivered to the front door. I am also a yearly paying subscriber to UPS MyChoice and I have CLEAR instructions on where to leave packages. When I did not see the package at our front door, I called UPS, on hold for a long time, spoke to someone in another country and he stated he will have someone to call me regarding my package. So, I received the call from today 6.15.2020 from a rude female employee. She tells me she can see the UPS truck was at the end of our driveway. I said ok?! So where is my package? She said she didn't know. I told her it was probably stolen as he probably left it at the street and again, it was not delivered to our door as instructed. She was again so **** rude, like it was my fault I didn't get the package. UPS SUCKS!!!!!!! this has happened to us before with UPS. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH FED EX AND I DON'T NEED TO HAVE A YEALY PAID SUBSCRIPTION FOR THEM TO GET THINGS RIGHT!
And you still use them? Fool. Boycott is a message they comprehend. Other than that they dont seem to care and yes, tend to be rude. Cancel your service and also ask for total previous payments back as they broke the contractural agreement and did nothing about it.
