I'm so hurt because I'm a teacher and ordered some supplies for my classroom. I was informed that the contents was damaged that the send which was to Beaufort, SC center discarded my items with contacting me or the sender. When I inquired about their procedures I was told that basically there was nothing I could do and should tell the sender to file a claim and if she didnt purchase insurance for the items Id only be reimbursed $100. My heart grieves at the amount of rudeness Ive experienced by the via phone inquiry and the lack of accountability of this company to service its customers. Even if one of the items were damaged I should have been given the chance to salvage the remainder of the items. My address was on the box and the driver never attempted to deliver the package to my residence.
Sounds like a fraud case to me!
