      I ordered 6 shirts from Dillards they were on sale I went to pick them up from the store. I picked up my order on Saturday 2 of the shirts dose not fit i need to return or exchange them for something different. The problem i"m facing is i did not realize they are final sale I asked for a one time customer accommodation no one is welling to work with me at the store level and Dillards.com. If i buy the items in the store they give me 3 days to return it. I simply wanted to do a curbside pick up at the store i did not know it is coming from a where house. I really need someone to assist me. I'm a good customer of your store and like your selection. I just asking for a one time accommodation.Hope someone reads my feed back and assist me.

      I left message for someone name Jeff at the Dillards Corporate on Tuesday about my complain. it is Thursday and none gut back to me very poor customer service.
