I am a very very dissatisfied customer. And I have tried to speak to someone in the corporate office to file my complaint, instead I get shifted around no manager ever comes to the phone then I get transferred back to the store I have a complaint about. Then try to call back office now close. If the corporate can't help then what next the president of the company.Anonymous
Customer service begins at the top, so since it's so obvious by all these comments, President of Lowes doesn't give a rats **** about customer service. Lowes never again.
