HORRIBLE! THERE WAS FRAUD ON MY ACCOUNT, THEY DIDN'T PROCESS THE DEBIT CARD REQUEST UNTIL TWO DAYS AFTER, AND THEN SENT IT BY REGULAR MAIL INSTEAD OF EXPEDITED! THEY ONLY OFFERED APOLOGIES AND NO RESOLUTION. I HAD TO CALL 4 DIFFERENT TIMES TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR WHO DID NOTHING BUT BASICALLY SHRUG HER SHOULDERS (OVER THE PHONE OF COURSE) AND TELL ME THAT I JUST HAD TO WAIT. I'VE BEEN A MEMBER FOR 19 YEARS AND THIS IS HOW WE ARE TREATED? USAA CAN MAKE 3 DIFFERENT MISTAKES ON ONE ACCOUNT AND THEN DO NOTHING BUT SHRUG IT OFF WHILE WE HAVE TO WAIT AND SUFFER THE PENALTY? THIS IS HORRIBLE!
I' am currently dealing with the same situation at USAA bank . USAA allowed someone to deposit (3) fraud checks in the amount of 4,999.31 checks into my son account . They allowed all three checks to be deposited into his account with NO HOLD ON THEM. ( 2 checks on the same day) and (1 check the following day). Two checks had an incorrect address . USAA NEVER called to confirm those deposits, they never placed a hold on those deposits. THEY NEVER DID NOTHING TO STOP THE FRAUD.
I happen to check the account through online banking and noticed the transactions, which caused the account to be negative 14,000. USAA THEN TRIED TO SAY WE WERE RESPONSIBLE for those deposits because it was done through mobile banking. However, USAA NEVER contacted the company that SO CALLED ISSUED THE CHECKS, they NEVER CONTACTED THE BANK TO find out if the checks where fraud.. SO I DID THEIR JOB FOR THEM. I contacted the company that so called sent the check , and I contacted the bank that was on the check.
BOTH THE COMPANY which was call " NASHVILLE PHYSICIAN SERVICE CENTER " and" FIFTH THIRD BANK "
both companies stated that the checks were FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!
"I'm filing a complaint with the federal reserve, and If USAA don' do their **** JOB and determine that this was clearly fraud and hiring a lawyer.
If I was you guys I would remove ALL OF MY MONEY FROM USAA . they Don't protect veterans neither active duty service men and woman.
At least you got to speak to a supervisor. MY insurance claim has been going for over a year and they refuse to let me speak to a supervisor.
USAA unbelievably, has not shown any interest in correcting an error of their making.

*Waiting for USAA to do the right thing is futile. Find out what your options are to
protect your money and good name.
Contact your States Attorney General Office for information on businesses operating in bad faith.
