The trust & safety email agents working for instacart are completely incompetent.
The first time I used this app, it was decent. The only hiccup was they charged me for bread when I didn't get any. I contacted them via chat, they refunded me back $1.25 swiftly. No problems.
Two weeks later, I attempt to place a new order and it keeps canceling literally seconds after I hit submit. Then it takes me to a log in screen. When I attempt to log in I am informed my account has been deactivated. Interesting huh...
I check my email and reply to an notification that I need to verify my transaction history on instacart. You all requested a picture of my license and a picture of my CC. I promptly replied to your email with the requested information.
The following day a member of your "Trust & Safety Instacart Team" replied to my email information requesting card information for a different card. Now this was not in the initial request, but I replied to that email with new CC information.
The following day the same email agent from the day before who's name is displayed as Alex, requested the same CC information from the day before. Apparently he did not even LOOK at my email before responding. Which causes a further delay in my family and I receiving groceries.
During times such as these it is imperative you employ skilled and empathetic email agents. Instacart, I am FURIOUS with you. It's been 3 days and no resolve. RIDICULOUSAnonymous
Ive been waiting for over 10 days for even a reply from the trust and safety group! Completely ridiculous! I am planning to file a class action lawsuit against instacart so I hope all that were wronged will join and get compensated accordingly. Customers and shoppers alike!

Sign me up I've worked through covid in the number two worst state in the US putting myself at risk so others don't have to. I had to have a replacement card I ordered on the 22 of Jan and the guy tells me because of covid they didn't mail it and didn't inform me. They now day their going to mail it. I've also now explained to over5 chat ppl my phone broke I'm two way locked outta my Google I can't get a code to change anything. They don't listen they don't care current status homeless hungry and at my wits end . I hope their kids are eating tonight I truly hope they never go through this
