I have noticed that despite orders to only let a certain percentage of shoppers be in your store at one time it appears that is not happening. From open to close your parking lots are full to the brim from the front of the store to the road. I also never see anyone waiting to enter your store. I would hope since your corporation is making money hand over fist during this pandemic you are also giving back in a SIGNIFICANT way to assist in the needs of the community re,m ,m ,m )()()()()(

Apparently they just started making them wear ones finally even though I know one store that has had two confirmed cases within there own store in Bakersfield. It crazy they don't seem to worry about safety at all just what $$$$$ comes into there stores. Bakersfield crazy anyways no one seems to put a mask on in that town.

I don't know how you people are trained but you seriously need help with customer service . When a customer spends a $ 1000.00 or more in your store , they are the reason you get paid and the reason you have medical insurance. Better yet ... that customer has either worked hard for it or has saved for a while to purchase That item . I'm sure if you ask your parents or whatever raised you that money does not grow on trees. Amen...You are so right...I spent about a grand as well on a water heater the customer service stinks!. My take on this is it doesn't matter how much you spend whether it is a a dollar or ten thousand dollars, when a customer comes into that store customer service is not a privilege it is a right that should be extended to the customer point, blank, period. I hate LOWES! especially the LOWES in Philly.
