Ordered a bed nearly a month ago. After eight emails, nine phone calls two notices of delivered Still no bed. They resemble a bad rugby team always passing the ball but never scoring. I know we will never recommend or buy from them again.
The worst company I've had to interface in my seventy five years is Hayneedle and their shipping agent. We purchased a bed nearly a month ago and it will have shipped three times by the time it get to us if we ever get it. We have had eight emails, nine telephone calls and several notices it had been delivered. We still do not have the bed. They are like a bad rugby team, always passing the ball but never scoring. It has been an experience I could have missed. Like the old adage, seeing is believing touching is for sure.
Chairs delivered in a color not even close to what was pictured online. Cannot contact anyone by phone. Customer service by email sends a reply asking how my conversation with (pick any name) was, and asks me to rate their service (even though no email conversation took place). Tried initiating a return online and the process only goes to a certain point and then stops functioning without ability to submit request. Tried calling the number for business operations and was on hold for 2 hours before admitting defeat. Last step was to dispute the charge with Visa. I still have the chairs and would love nothing more than to return them, but how?

I ordered a table from Haley though and they gave the shipper the wrong address. They said that I had received it which I of course didn't. I have tried in vain to reach their offices by phone and email. Is the company gone bankrupt.
I ordered two hammocks on Wal-Mart.com to be furnished by Hayneedle.
The description said the Russian Pine Arch stand is included.
Their phone says to call during business hours. I have tried all hours and get the same message. No way to leave a message. I contacted Wal-Mart. They contacted Hayneedle by email. I have received 3-emails from Hayneedle saying I need to order the stand separate, even after I sent them a copy of the ad/description.
Through email I have ask to have a supervisor contact me. They have refused.
I was told I could not purchase a table after my billing info was corrected.. they don't want to make a sale?
