Buyers beware: was interested in this lawn mower was told by the sales associate Barbara, That it was returned used. Was interested in buying at a discount due to being returned used and damaged sitting on their floor at FULL PRICE mind you she went and got Wendy, the Garden manager. she said it hasn't been used.. what?!?! Explain this then.. blades are damaged and dinged up all over from hitting rocks or something. tires on deck damaged, cut grass filled the top of the deck and stuck up under it as well.. seat worn Stained with black from previous owner. Paint rubbed off frame in multiple spots and showing rust in multiple spots.. said she would only take $50 off! ARE YOU SERIOUS!! After you lie to me when you know it was returned damaged.. and are

The Home Depot in Idaho Falls, and the only Home Depot, has problems with servicing their customers. Living in a small town we need our vendors to have their equipment up and running and not just provide the phrase, "Oh it isn't working today." We are s small contractor and need to have large sheets of wood we purchase their cut. It seems every time we need this service - the saw is broken. Otherwise the employees are personable and provide assistance.Anonymous

Two he was rude to a customer, Three, he was goofing off talking to his wife and child while at work in an aisle and I ended up walking out of my way to get around them. Four is what kind of manager is he and what kind of example is he setting for his employees.

Yesterday we bought a washer and dryer from our local Home Depot in Covington, LA. My husband is a disabled Vietnam Veteran, and has always had a 10% discount applied to the purchase. We were told that the discount could no longer be applied for appliance purchases. During these difficult and uncertain times, you would think Home Depot would be more willing to help veterans. I had always appreciated the fact that Home Depot honored our Veterans for their personal sacrifice, and shipped there when possible. I'm very disappointed in this new policy. I will find a different company, one that honors and appreciated my husband's sacrifice, where I will spend my money.Anonymous

nty dept that is the reason for my complaint. I have purchased my LAST appliance with Home Depot. I bought a GE Fridge in 2016 and took out a 5 year extended warranty. Today is my 3rd call in less than two months for appliance failure only to be told I have to have four onsite service calls before they will consider replacing this defective fridge. I have lost food 3 times now and the aggravation and frustration is unbelievable. Today I was told I can't get a service call until Aug 5th and today is July 30th. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The service person you sent was arrogant, rude, and did NOTHING except insult me and tell me I didn't know how to wash clothes. The washer does NOT fill with enough water to get the clothes clean. I have to do a double rinse on EVERYTHING I wash. The repairman told me I am doing itAnonymous

Your Home Depot site does NOT have an option to file a complaint or a "contact us" option for written complaints. When I call the corporate number listed it takes me to a menu that rolls me right back to the warranty dept that is the reason for my complaint. I have purchased my LAST appliance with Home Depot. I donated it to a veteran who need a washer when I bought this new set. I would NEVER recommend Maytag to anyone after this one and now I'm stuck with it. Your repairman is horrible and did NOT listen to a word I said. The water volume does NOT work on this machine. He told me I have to use small loads to prevent this. If that's the case why do you see High Capacity sized washers? Again I will NEVER purchase another appliance at Home Depot!
