I would like to apply for a credit card but I am still listed as a current customer even though I closed my checking account April of 2018. I am instructed to login but I didn't have online banking. I called my local branch and was told I would have to apply in person. I would like to have my customer status updated so that I may apply as a new customer from my mobile device.

I called company to review balance on my credit card. Spoke with Bernadette in credit card department as she informed me she was not allowed to provide me with this information. I was transferred to another department and on hold for over an hour. This company does not have WORLD CLASS SERVICES THEY'RE A DISGRACE AND DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THEM AS THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I am trying to simply get the term of my term life insurance so I called the customer service line and I have been on hold for 35 minutes. This is so ridiculous I am thinking about cancelling my ins with you. Worst customer service I have ever seen.
