I wanted to let you know what great customer service your DIberville Mississippi Branch has. The whole team really goes above and beyond to help me make my customers happy. This type of service is to be commended. This is unfortunately not the type of service you experience everyday. Top down this is a great group!
Today I went to the Doral office Hughes in South Florida to purchase some PVC Piping. The pipes were too big to fit in my trailer so I asked the sales associate Anthony Fitzgibbons to place on top of the trailer so we could cut them to size, he said it could not be done as it was too close to my truck. He suggested that he was going to put them on the floor. I asked him if he was going to help me put then in the trailer after he was done and he said NO. I am a 70 year old man and he was so unhelpful! Employees like this give this Company a bad name. I have cancelled my order with your Company.
This companies customer services leaves a lot to be desired. I attempted to speak with someone in cash applications who continually spoke over me every time I tried to ask a questions. I finally got so frustrated I hung up the call. Very rude and unprofessional.
I have been a customer of Hughes Daytona for years but the manger there now is a pain in the **** he treated his employees like dirt he does not need to be a manger I think maybe I will take my 25.000 dollars a month some where else
Hughes Supply (plumbing) in Orlando has very slow thinking employees. They all need to be retrained.
