The most unprofessional place I've ever experienced.. The Mgr screaming at the salesman that was helping me infront of my child! I felt horrible for the salesman because he kept his cool out of respect for me and my kid. I can tell that he's new, because he was honest enough to tell me upfront and I didn't mind that . To make a long story short , I ended up walking out and purchase somewhere else because they pulled my first salesman and replaced with another that was so pushy, rude and just unprofessional! Who ever is in charge of this place needs to train your people. I understand it's a retail business but people are people and you still need to be kind to one another.. I will never purchase another car from this establishment, I will make sure to tell my family and friends the same thing. But I want you to know that the salesman who tried to help me was one of a kind, I will buy from him before anyone from with experience from your group.. I believe he's name is Elwood.. so whoever is reading this, if you want to buy a car from a Russel Westbrook dealer, ask for this salesman, no one else!
I will start by saying how I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years with this company and in those years I have made possibly one claim years ago. My most recent purchase thru their system was stolen from the front of my home not near or in a mailbox. I have a secured security gate two feet from my mailbox where packages can be passed thru the top securing them from any would be thieves. I have contacted the vendor, Russell Athletics as well as PayPal and provided both with video footage of the mail carrier leaving the package in plain site on a top step at 10PM. At 10:04PM some individual picks up the package left in front of my house and goes to the next house where a package was left and takes that package as well. Both PayPal and Russell Athletics disregarded what was explained and provided to them and told me they had a link from the vendor stating the package was delivered. Russell Athletics told me to complain to the post office and PayPal told me the inquiry was closed. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere and tell anyone who will listen how horrible both of these companies are when it comes to customer service.
Purchased a Pro10 fleece hoodie. Have not worn it a dozen times yet it is deteriorating before my eyes. First started with very small holes each and every day there are more. Now a large hole forming in the back. What the heck. It is the heavies sweatshirt I have owned and it is comfortable but just falling apart.

Yes, in (PHONE) great athletic wear when I worked in an SEC football office; we work the 100% cotton, and even though some were made in Mexico, we never had issues, wore and laundered well. I have a sweatshirt that is now 26 years old,and it still looks great, except for wear on the cuffs, expected after that length of time! Now, all the athletic wear that I bought last year pill up like old well-worn sweaters after one laundering. Nope!

Great athletic sportswear in the 1990's when they had the 'Pro' 100% cotton line. Not crazy about their integration of 100% polyester into shirts , etc......they are too much like Under Armour now.
