How can you have all these negative reviews and not change for the better. Your company could care less about the customer. Your Customer Service Department and Case Management Department are from hell. I wouldn't recommend Samsung to Satan himself. That's why Sony is who they are. Your company could and will never compare to Sony. You compare to LG. That's why they practically give your products away at Walmart...LOL.
