We do live in an Orwellian world of great abnormality and a form of gangsterism. The Loony bin is called good old U.S.A.

Even the relic of W.W.2, the U.N. is a financial drain, and isn't it a neat trick where the never changing Security Council is composed of the supposed victors of W.W.2? Never did figure out how the crazies ever concluded who the victors really were, for only the communists and that **** state established in the middle east could be so certified. Not even the Russian people really prevailed for they suffered terribly under their communist and jew masters. It would be refreshing if both Germany and Japan reared their head to protest the insulting arrangement.

The real focus of world attention though is on the only remaining stupid power that behaves in a gangster fashion, not only abroad but at home as well. When will there be a new awakening to the tragedy that has encompassed our country and earth ever since W.W.2.?

There are some questions whether to work for this company. Attending orientation, during my med exam, I mentioned an injury 13yrs ago. Assessing the partial nerve damage, they send me home to be evaluated to drive for them. Understanding how it could be a liability, I go with it. Becoming more of a hassle then good, and despite the fact for a previous company I drove over 150,000 miles. As if that isn't reliable enough to say i can drive, also having a clean record. A little disappointed with schneider, i thought it was going to be a step up, more like step aside.

Are you interested in a new type of hybrid semi truck that is 100% electric and makes it's own power to operate. No diesel fuel needed. The technology has been here for years now.

Just like Diesel/ Electric was first used in locomotives to haul extremely large loads. Which is now in the Toyota Prius electric cars. Which is out dated.

Or how about electric/ Hydraulic semi trucks that are in UPS trucks now. which can soon be out dated too very easily.

Their is a way that electric/ hydraulic can not only power a semi truck but also make it's own power to operate on the roads today.

I am trying to do the first semi truck that does just that since 2000. My fiances limit me to get a business loan to go into business now but will not for long. My financial problems were because of an accident that makes me a "Liability " for companies to hire me because of their insurance companies. I started a tree business to get the funds to go into this market while being a union member. I have worked at Diesel mechanics for railroad and on semi trucks.

I have also worked as a Industrial maintenance mechanic. Plus, went to college for Electronics / and electrical engineering also.

Presently, i am looking at charging $80,000. to convert used semi trucks. Which could give companies a major advantage at taking over the markets of trucking. Industry.

The question to you is do you want to hold your spot in the market or fall behind. Because companies like J.B hunt, XPO logistics, Swift, YRC & roadway or even the Railroads. would be interested too.

I am seeing if someone wants to be a business partner to save them money and make profits off of your competitors.

Why isn't your communication better? I'm really frustrated with your company. I had to drive myself to the airport in Pittsburgh. So I could attend your orientation in Green Bay. I've been gone 23 days now and parking is going to cost me over $400. No wonder you can't keep drivers !!! Someone needs to reimburse me for this. You people dropped the ball on this. All I've been getting from people here at the training center is the run around !!!!

I drove for Schneider for 4 years without ANY preventable traffic accidents----- but they fired me for "being too dangerous!" Their trucks have on,-board sensors that detect "Hard Braking" defined as slowing more than 8 mph per second. Their immediate assumption is Inattentive Driving or other poor driving. I had to stand on the brakes to avoid killing MANY 4-wheel MORONS that cut me off to turn directly in front of truck. They claimed that since I had too many Hard Braking Incidents, that I was a Safety Risk and had to be terminated IMMEDIATELY. Yes, with ZERO traffic accidents! A clean record for FOUR YEARS was irrelevant to these assholes! They will trump up any excuse they need to dump a loyal employee. They are a Crocodile Corporation!!

    Disenfranchised

Doo is right. Schneider treats their drivers like an inconvenience and a disposable resource. I've worked on their P&G account for almost two and a half years. I ended up getting sick and needing two weeks off. I've been released with no restrictions by my primary care physician and a specialist and supplied them with the paperwork per their request. I then ended up going to their guy and cleared me.. they then wanted me to do another DOT physical and sent me to their person again and she cleared me also.. I just got another call from this 1st Lab/FS Solutions and it turns out I'm not done jumping through hoops. Schneider's P&G account at Lima was already 70+driver short when I got sick. And in the 2.5 months that I've been jumping through hoops they just lost another 6 drivers that I know of on nights. There is a reason why a company has to offer at $7,500-$10,000 sign on bonus to new drivers and that should be a red flag to anyone. There's a reason why you can't find any drivers in the Lima area anymore Schneider and that $10,000 sign on bonus isn't helping you out much either. Even all your Flex drivers that you brought in isn't a big enough Band-Aid to fix your problems. It used to be a nice account before you destroyed it.

I am trying to get in contact with the CEO. My Husband was treated very poorly during his month long process of becoming a Schneider intermodal driver.in Minneapolis Minnesota The trainer constantly talked about how old he was. Constantly berated him. Would smoke constantly. I won't stop until I speak with the CEO He has been an owner operated for over 30 years. He was so proud of his new position at Schneider; however it became very clear that this one person just cared about themselves. That's it for now.
