More than half of your shipt shoppers at my Meijer store in Wyoming Michigan do not wear masks at all very disturbing I'm sure your guest would not be happy about not following safety guidelines and as someone in the store who sees them many times in a day they are setting a bad example endangering guest and myself at work by not being safe very sad to seeAnonymous

There are to many flaws with the orders, payment etc. Also, stop the supid childish video interview to sign people in!! I meet many many GOOD people who went to IC just because this stupid video thing. Maybe they werent right or else and bam..... you disqualifiy them. You have to be bussines like minded here. We have in shipt way to many felons and BAD people! How did they PASS you video interview?????
The bots are totally out of control in NASHVILLE, stealing orders with burner phones and other things. Do something!!!!! Please fix the system or more and more shoppers will go to IC.Anonymous

Target here offered free delivery of groceries because of the virus. They had Shipt do the free delivery. My credit card was charged for groceries that were never delivered. Then Shipt delivered 3 items that I had added to the cart later and charged them on Shipt delivery - making me a Shipt member, instead of the free Target delivery by Shipt. I have not been able to reach them by phone, email or chat for the third day nowAnonymous

I'm been using Shipt for Target and I haven't had a problem. Yesterday I did an order for Publix Supermarket, and they over charged my card $24.13. I tried to call but it is impossible to be waiting one hours on the phone. Now I started a chat and I'm still waiting. Customer services is very bad. I will contact my credit card next and then if I have to reported to the Better Business Bureau. The shopper Adriana was excellent.Anonymous

Worse service ever. Do not try!!! We tried it once and canceled and they just kept taking our money. We canceled again and still the same. So I go to call them and wait forever. If shipt would stop declining the shipt cards then the shoppers would be able to process more.its rediculous that some are paying with their personal cards cuz their shipt cards are being declined.
