Before they would decline the payment but they let everything go through while I left to take care of things in Cali and didn't notice the overdrafts no notifications nothing until I came back. This bank is a criminal organization. I sent them my payment one week in advance. They deny receiving it. This bank is very unusual. Trash for service and the keep your money after a deposit for unknown days .

5 days ago for other post &still no money returned to me! A senior banker told me yesterday that she would call me today but of course she didnt call & money is not back into my acct as promised. At least my local banker called me back monday and put in the form for the correction which should have taken two days. But today is thursday and no correction.
On 4/8 my bank statement showed that US Bank had debited the same check against my acct. twice. Once for the correct amount & once for the wrong amount . The picture for both debits was the same check! I called them on Monday 4/13 and they saw the mistake & said I would be credited back the wrong amt. in a couple of days because these type of mistakes usually self correct but to be sure, she would put in a request. Friday came & still no adjustment. I called again and the guy I spoke to said he sees the mistake and a request everyday that week for a correction. He told me it would be solved by Tuesday 4/21 Of course there was no correction by Tuesday so I called again & again was told that it usually self corrects and she would put in a new request and to check again on Friday. Well yesterday there was no adjustment so I went to my branch and even though the lobby is closed, I spoke to someone through the drive through who gave me his card, emailed me later in the day that he was working on it and would let me know after the weekend. HOW LONG DOES A BANK TAKE TO FIX THEIR SCREW UP?? WHAT IF THAT MONEY WAS MY RENT OR CAR PAYMENT? I'm about to quit this bank even though I am a long time customer with a lot of money on deposit might be time to go.
Us bank took half of my stimulus check due to a negative balance that occurred only because I lost my job during covid 19. I had never been negative not one time besides when I lost my job feb. 24th because of covid 19. This money was going to help me take care of my family and now us bank robbed me. I even closed the account cause I knew I used my account for my tax refund and the irs was going to use that information to deposit my stimulus with us bank. Instead of it being closed they have rules to where they were able to take the deposited check in the account. The other top 4 banks in the nation are changing their rules and giving people their money back. Us bank is the fifth biggest bank in the nation and they have not changed anything and are keeping the money meant to help me and my family during this pandemic. This isn't right and I'll never bank with them again. I loved us bank until they did this.

I guess the funds have ran out for the loans available to small businesses. What disappoints me about this, is that MidFirst Bank who we use for our landscape business got us approved within days and funded within 24 hours. They truly stepped up for us and not only that, we have only been doing business with them for 1.5 years, while my relationship with US Bank goes back 15 years. We where thinking of having Encore Landscape potentially come join US Bank, but based on what transpired with the SBA loan, that will probably not be an option. I also never heard back about the LOC increase after submitting our personal Tax returns. Jacob's communication has been Phenomenal and that is greatly appreciated, he truly is a great asset to US Bank. I'm extremely disappointed in this, I had other banks that were willing to work with me but I believed my bank would back me up and now I'm left hanging. This is a huge blow to me and my business We will survive and thrive but this will surely make me re think my future relationship with US Bank Thanks
On 4/3 we were one of the first small businesses that applied for the Payroll Protection Plan in the Seaside, Oregon branch of US Bank. Our small business is a 54-unit hotel that is owned by my brother and myself. We were told early on 4/3 that only sole proprietor businesses were the only applications they were accepting. We were told to come back on 4/6 and they would be accepting our application. Well 4/6 turned out to be 4/14 when they emailed us at closing time that we could make application. We submitted our app first thing on 4/15 in the AM. On TV at 4 PM the news reported that the Payroll Protection Plan would be out of money on 4/16. As a small business asking for a $91,000 to keep our employees on the payroll, the system did not work for our valued employees who have been with us for over a decade. Why???

US BANK owns a property at: 301 & 303 Harwood place, Santa Ana, CA 92701
This property has been abandoned since 2003 and is now used by a gang in the city. The police has been unable to get rid of the squatters since it only takes them 30 minutes to wait for the police to leave the premises. We neighbors are directly affected because the gang steals from us and deals drugs bringing in drug users from other communities.
One police officer has recommended that the neighborhood do a claim action civil law suit against the owners so the house can be cleaned up and the gang kicked out.
This is the first and only notice I am giving you before I contact the Legal Aid society to take action against the owners. US BANK.
I will also give notice to the city of Santa Ana.so they may choose to take over the property and demolish the broken down structure.
