    I have an issue with one of ur stores it is the one in Corinth Mississippi I have suppose to have a living room suit ordered for going on I think 4 months it is the Hogan mocha set and they say they it has not been shipped yet but I don't understand why

    WORST customer serice. Can't phone anyone and can't even place an online request easily. They make it difficult. Products (hot tubs) are **** too. Heater keeps breaking!

    I will never buy a product from this company again. Been trying to reach someone for days via phone, directs you to website. Then whe you ho to website it wont open fully to put in request. Still in search of replacement parts for pool!

    do with the pool I got he said throw it away so that's what I did two days later the pool came on Tuesday and it was just a liner well when he said throw the pool away I threw the pool away I called back and said I threw it away but he said he was only replacing the liner and now I only have a liner and no post to go with the pool or filter I don't know what I can do I need help and they were very rude to me at your customer service I am very upset With the service I got now I paid a lot of money for the pool And now I have no legs to go with the liner you guys sent me I need legs and a filter if somebody could help me

    I purchase a pool on line not only it was missing parts, but they send me a complete different pool than the one I had ordered. They sent a cheap, horrible one that costs $200, and I payed $640 for a different one! I'm trying to contact them but no luck. There's no phone number to get a hold to "customer service" you have to leave you information and wait for a call back, what kind of company does that.! I wish, I would have read the reviews before buying from this company. But I'm definitely getting my money back they can keep their cheap unholy products.

    I live in Memphis Tennessee I rent from Bestway they have not been good to me I've been waiting 2 weeks for them to fix my dryer or replace it and they always said we on the way but never show up I've been waiting two weeks I've been to the store complaining I called them several times a day but still no show I am tired of paying my money for something I can use or

    This has been the worst customer service experience. I bought an above ground pool for my daughters birthday. The pool had windows in it which began to leak first week. We patched several times. Finally I called Bestway and requested a refund. I took the pictures requested and was told they would send new liner but were out of stock so I would have to wait. 3 weeks later I called and told them summer is almost over, I want a refund. I was told I'd have a check 7-10 days. Two weeks later, no check, so I called and was told they needed to confirm my name and address and I'd have a check in 7-10 days. 2 weeks later I called asked for a manager, manager did not get on phone but I was told they would overnight me a check... still waiting a week later. So on Monday I will spend another lunch hour contacting Bestway for the runaround

    we live in Florida and I love my above ground pools we were at Walmart one day and saw this pool...Coleman Vista pool with port holes ... Thought that was a pretty cool pool so we decided to buy it.. we had it a few weeks before we were able to set it up..when we finally were able to set it up we were able to enjoy it for only a few days .. We got up one morning and a port hole had a tear in it... leaked out every where .. was asked for the receipt and pictures so we reached out to Best way as per the warranty .. 8-19-18 and the warranty was approved awesome we are getting a new liner then we get a email it is on back order wait a few days they have come in and going to send... a few days later no tracking # call them again no on back order going to send out 8-21-18 still no tracking.. call again and they say no record of us calling and still back ordered.. asked for a different liner reply was no we do not do that ...asked for some compensation. had to use our water and try to fix the leak no we do not do that ... again was told they had them and it would be shipped out ... well today is 9-1-18 and still no liner being shipped.. either send the liner or I want my money back for the defective product not too much to ask for.. WARRANTY # 433943 NOT GOING TO STOP TILL i GET MY LINER OR A REFUND

    I purchased a pool for $700.00. When I received the pool, the liner had several large holes in it. I have called a number provided to report this 16 times and have been lied to about 14 of those 16 times. I def everything they asked me to do and I've still not got this problem resolved!! My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau and then I will be contacting a lawyer. There is a warranty on the liner and they are failing to honor that warranty. I'm tired of dealing with this!
