We visited a Coach outlet today as we do several times a year. This is where I buy many gifts and items for myself and fiance. Due to the COVID-19 virus they have a sign that states masks must be worn. We didn't get to go in at the same time because of their limit on people inside I went ahead and started shopping I had approx. 300-400 dollars of merchandise when I heard the clerk getting on to someone. To my dismay it was my fiance. He was trying to explain that he couldn't see the price on the tag because his glasses kept fogging over due to the mask, he had slid it down to the end of his nose. She repeated that he needed to leave the store, never offered to help him with reading prices, just kept saying he was putting people in danger. This is ludicrous because there was 5 customers in the store and they weren't anywhere near him. Needless to say I put my items back and left with him. She was so incredibly rude and I just wanted you to know that you have lost a hood customer we have spent thousands there and at department stores for your products but I won't be buying anything coach brand again. We followed their rules and were treated like we had the plague, we do not have symptoms and have not been exposed to the virus. I understand being careful but this was way beyond concern. I shopped there by choice, and now I won't because of some paranoid, power hungry sales clerk that embarrassed us beyond belief.Anonymous
