Do you look at the negative reviews about your company regarding customer service? Do you even care?
Incompetent staff. After an extremely and painful long wait and terrible phone options, you ask a simple question and get different answers all the time, get disconnected after an extensive wait. Ditto to all negative reviews. I was helping a friend with contacting Optimum and I rather die a thousand deaths. A monopoly is what this is. No other options and therefore the company does not give a s---! I can go on and on, but what is the point. Does any human being see the negative/terrible reviews? Agghh!Anonymous

Awful CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS COMPANY AND THE WAY THEY HANDLE THEIR CUSTOMERS ..DISGUSTING. OVER CHARGES YOU. EVERY MONTH IS DIFFERENT, LONG WAIT TIMES AND STILL CAN NOT GET YOUR ACCOUNT STRAIGHTENED OUT. A LOT OF OUTAGES ON EVERY SERVICE THEY OFFER. RUDE AND INCOMPETENT WORKERS. CHARGES YOUR ACCOUNT FOR PREMIUM CHANNELS THAT YOU CANCELLED BILLING CYCLES AGO. CHARGES YOUR ACCOUNT FOR THINGS YOU NEVER ASK FOR LIKE A SPORTS CHANNEL $10-15 .WHETHER YOU WATCH SPORTS OR NOT. THE FBI SHOULD COME IN AND HAVE A FORENSIC ACCOUNTANTS AND FOLLOW THE MONEY. I HAVE PROOF OF MY ACCOUNT. COME.
