Awful!! Poorly ran business on all accounts. Online, in store and forget customer service all together. They don't answer the phones and blame every single thing on Covid. Covid didn't dent my fridge, one of your employees did. Covid didn't forget to load my range on the truck, one of your employees didn't give two ****. The Clinton, MD store is by far the worst. The manager Tameka doesn't even seem to care that my appliances didn't get delivered on the date that they were scheduled to be delivered, and she certainly wasn't apologetic that I wasn't notified and that I had contractors waiting at my house all day to accept said appliances. Her solution was to send me a temporary appliance which is a different brand and significantly cheaper that the original appliance that I ordered. Oh and she's the same manager that assured me that the appliance was on the truck and out for delivery. Oh and the best part is that they've overcharged me by over $1000 for my order and no one will even look into it. Wow, just wow. If Lowe's doesn't somehow make this right they will NEVER EVER get my business again.Anonymous
I am guessing but Customer service begins at the top and I not too sure that Corporate even cares about customer service for their patrons. I agrees, I will never use Lowes again as I have gotten no resolve for my issues despite contacting Corporate.
