Store In Clayton NJ, I went into Rite Aid ( your store #01917 ) several times looking for Vit. C. I understand with this pandemic people are buying it and the shelf would be bare. I would go in a couple of times a week to check for months, and it was always out. I ended up going to another drug store and buying a bottle to hold me over until the bigger bottles came into your store. I realize you sell it online, but I had a coupon BOGO, so I wanted to use my coupon.
ANYWAY, the reason for my wanting to get in touch with Rite Aid... You have a young woman who works there that went above and beyond her job to help me. I have not had this kind of service in years. I told her about visiting the store twice a week and having to go to another drug store and she told me she would do everything she could to keep me coming to Rite Aid and not having to go anywhere else. She made me feel like she cared. She ordered the vitamin C I needed and called me when it came in. I went right in, understanding if somebody got there before I did, I would have lost out. Her Name tag says >>>"Katie"<<< I have no idea what department she works in, she came out to me when I was looking around, to help me. Please let her know how much I appreciate her and I will never go anywhere else. She made more than just my day. I tell everyone with ears how much help I got in your store. I don't need money for telling you this or any other incentive, I got that when she helped me. Thanks, Barbara Trueland Clayton, NJ Sorry if this was not the right place to make this statement, I just wanted to let others know my feeling...Anonymous

I just wanted to add to what I wrote above. MY name is Barb Trueland from Clayton, NJ, I wanted everyone to know the name of the person who I was talking about, so I put her name where it asked for a name you wanted to be displayed. There is no way to go back and correct what I wrote, so I wanted to fix it and say who I am that wrote the above statement. Thanks and sorry for the confusion. Barbara Trueland
