I am disappointed with Groupon. I purchased an event ticket through Groupon. The event has been canceled and refunds have been offered. However, since I purchased my ticket via Groupon, not the actual event, I am being told by Groupon that they will only offer Groupon bucks. However, their policy states that you can get a refund if the event is canceled. I have used Groupon for years, but saving money is not worth this hassle, disappointment, or non-customer service. I will NEVER use them again. Customer beware!Anonymous

I am having a similar problem where I purchased a groupon but due to COVID-19 the merchant will not accept the groupon. I want a refund on my credit card and Groupon is refusing. I will never buy from Groupon again.Anonymous
