I purchased 2 pairs of shoes online with my size. When I picked up my order online, I went home and tried the 2 pair of shoes. It was small and tight on my feet. So I returned it to the store and customer service would not take the return. It says in the paper non refundable but when I purchased online it was refundable! Now, in this pandemic I have the financial burden of 2 pairs of shoes that don't fit and I have to pay!Anonymous

I am going through the exact same thing. This is very unacceptable. And very poor on Dillards behalf.
