biggest group of inept people i have ever seen. when you lose a package that you were paid to deliver then you should fix it i should not have to keep calling number after number to get someone to do their job.Anonymous

Correct, but they just do NOT care and they exemplify that in their attitudes and way of doing business. I say boycott. There are plenty of alternatives out there including the USPS that seems to being doing well with their packages, cheap timely, and accurate delivery. UPS, anything but.
