Don't purchase anything through Houzz! I bought a mirror on sale during the Memorial Day weekend. The delay in receiving it was fine, I wasn't in a rush to have it. When I got it, it came damaged. I had to call for a few days to get a hold of someone. I told them I would like a replacement and was told it would be back in stock in July. I said ok, I will wait again. They ended up refunding me for the mirror and told me I would need to re-purchase it when it's back in stock at the higher price!!! How is it my fault that the mirror came damaged??? I got a really good deal and now they want me to pay full price!! Terrible company and customer service. I filed a complaint with the BBBAnonymous

Good for you. Everyone writing these comments should file a complaint with the BBB and anyone else that will listen.
Again do your self a favor and do business with local small businesses. They can certainly use your business and I promise you will receive better service than Houzz. I don't care where you live.
